He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Mowers and Nicoli Caprarulo Mowers; and his sister Bonnie Buckley. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Williams; his daughter Devara Conley of Centerville; his grandchildren, Lacy Conley (Adam Malone), Gina Maltby (Jesse), Alicia McPhee (Joe Ferguson) and James Ward; his great grandchildren, Lucian McPhee, Jason Maltby and Kylie Gilmore; his sisters, Carol Mowers of Syracuse and Janice Tripp of Rochester; and his pet Ike.
