Farrar Derby; his sons, Jeremy Derby (Katelyn), Zane Derby (Autumn) and Trevor Derby; his grandsons, Jace and Eli Derby; and his siblings, Melinda Harvey (Chris), Rita Haile (Dave), Kevin Wilson (Victoria) and Lance Derby (Laura). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
