We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2022, at the age of 79, Darwin L. Peterson of Celoron, New York, born in Jamestown, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Evert Peterson and Ruth Swanson Peterson; and his brothers, Edward E. and Allen Peterson. He is survived by: his wife Madeline Peterson (Landon) of Celoron; his daughter Karen Webster of Falconer; his grandchildren, Jacob R. Webster of Celoron and Emma Lundsten of Falconer; his siblings, Donald "Bumpy" Peterson of Celoron, Susan King of Jamestown and Caroline Wigley; and his nephews, Randall and Richard Grey of Frewsburg. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be donated to the Chautauqua Lake Fishing Association or to the Chautauqua County Humane Society.
