He is survived by: his brother Bill; his daughters, Kathleen Stack (Michael Koltnow) of Davis, CA, Sarah (Sally), Stack Feinberg (Barton) of Cazenovia, NY, Dr. Anne Stack of Boston and Eileen Stack (Matthew Clarke) of Albany, NY.; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Justin, Benjamin, Francis, Colin, Hannah and Elizabeth. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
