With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Valerie A. Beard of Cazenovia, New York, born in Corning, New York, who passed away on July 16, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Lentz and Vesta Lentz; her husband Ralph Beard, Jr.; her stepdaughters, Stephanie Rhodes and Courtney Sansevero; and her brother Vern Lentz. She was also cherished by three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Wanderers Rest Humane Association Inc.
