He was predeceased by: his sister Amy Beach. He is survived by: his parents, Russell Collins and Nancy Collins of Cazenovia; and his siblings, David Collins (Jen) of New Woodstock, Jennifer Collins of Cazenovia, Rebecca Collins of Odessa, TX, Matthew Collins (Ashley) of Essex Junction, VT, Emily Valzania (Matthew) of Ocean Springs, MS and Sarah Podeswik (David) of Syracuse. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles as well as three nephews and six nieces.
