He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Biviano and Lillian Biviano; his wife Ellen; his daughter Valerie Detweiler; and his great grandchild Christian Ramey.

He is survived by: his children, Christine Berardi-Barletta of Cazenovia, Michael Biviano (Nina) of San Antonio, Mark Biviano (Julie) of Cazenovia, Kevin Biviano (Kelly) of Cazenovia and John Biviano (Judy) of Catasauqua, PA; and his siblings, Lillian Barron (Richard) of Berkshire, NY, Janette Ruedlin (David) of Goodyear, AZ. and Terry Biviano of Norwich. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
