He is survived by: his wife Marjorie "Peggy" Barclay Ayars; his son David; his daughter-in-law Chris Laidman; his grandchildren, Devon and Bailey of Dover, MA.; his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law Chip Hodgkins; his grandchildren, Caroline, Chase, Lauren of Manlius, Barclay and Josh Rappeport; his great grandchildren, Cooper and Logan of Waitsfield, VT.; and his granddaughter Linda Witherill of Derry, NH..
