He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Cook; his sons, Stuart Jr. (Beth) and Dean Russell (Angie); his stepdaughter Amy Smith (Eric); his grandchildren, Eloise, Kaleb, Hali and Eva; and his former wife Susan Cook. He is also survived by his niece and nephews; and numerous close friends.
