He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Toole and Mary Toole; and his son Andrew T. Toole. He is survived by: his wife Karol M. Toole; his son Thomas Toole; and his brothers, David Toole, James Toole and John Toole. He is also survived by in-laws, nephews and niece.
