He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron G. Cody and Frances M. Cody; and his wife Anne H. Cody. He is survived by: his close friend Doris Webster of Cazenovia; his son Douglas R. Cody of Florida; and his granddaughter MacKenzie Clark of Quincy, MA..
