We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2023, at the age of 66, Richard F. Mitchell of Cazenovia, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Heidi Flannery and W. Ledyard Mitchell, Jr.; his sister Sallie M. Bass; and his brother-in-law Jay Hays. He is survived by : his wife Maureen Hays-Mitchell; his sons, Zachary and Elliot; his siblings, W. Ledyard Mitchell III (Veda Travis), Deborah M. Bergh of Burlington, VT and Mary Mitchell of Portland, OR; and his siblings-in-law, Judith, Craig Benedict of Cazenovia, Rosemary D. Hays of Pelham Manor, NY, Michael, Stephanie Hays of St. Petersburg, FL and Robert T. Hays of Portland, OR. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
