He is survived by: his uncle Dan; his daughters, Sarah Jean Barker (Brett) of Mammoth Lakes, CA and Samantha Kim Mellema (Aleksander William Jarosz) of Amsterdam; his former wife Ann Mellema; his granddaughter Willa Ash Barker; and his sisters, Jean Caraccilo (Steve), Kim Mellema (Robert Reid) and Barbara Williams.
