James Costello; her children, Amy Costello Haube (Rick) and Thomas James Costello (Denise); her grandchildren, Melissa Lee Haube (Thomas), Erin Elizabeth Dewan (Jeffrey), Hannah Eileen, Holly Anne and Donavin James Costello; her great grandchildren, Lillian Jean and Penelope James Dewan; and her siblings, Neil English (Rosemarie), Gilbert English (Brenda) and Susan Haaf (Clifford).
