He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Oursler and Naomi Oursler. He is survived by: his siblings, William Oursler of Baldwinsville, Terry Oursler, Helene Palmowski of Charlotte, Randy Oursler, Jayne Oursler of Cazenovia, Judy Sims of Cazenovia, Bonnie Clarke of Wells, Mary Guesnier, Mike Guesnier of Lubbock, Cindy Olmstead and Mark Olmstead of Georgetown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, along with many close friends.
