She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Cooper and Marie Cooper; and her siblings, Harold Cooper, James Cooper and Barbara Westcott.
She is survived by: her spouse James J. Hart; her children, Gerald L. Hart, Sr., James R. Hart (Jeanette Loftus), June Schrack (John) and David Hart (Debra Kelner); and her brothers, William Cooper and Lynn Cooper. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; two nieces and one nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to Francis House - 108 Michaels Ave, Syracuse, NY 13208- in Jeanne's name - they made her last days and ours very loving and comfortable.
