She was predeceased by : her husband Andrew F. Smith; her daughter Deborah Coll (John); her brother Gilford Herrick; and her son-in-law George Pfaff. She is survived by : her sisters, Betty Hotaling and Barbara Eidt; her children, Cynthia Pfaff, Dyanne Smith, Gerrie Smith and Phillip Smith (Lisa); her grandchildren, Patrick Dunphy, Casey McClean (Bret), Ashley Pfaff, Andrew, Carissa and Timothy Smith; and her great grandchildren, Marley and Leo McClean. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
