He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Conley and Georgeanne Conley; and his sister Elizabeth Conley. He is survived by: his children, Lindsay Conley (Chris Binder) of Derby, NY, Devin Conley (Kate) of Los Angeles, CA, Maggie Conley of Cazenovia and Mary Kate Conley of Hannibal; his stepsister Ursula Hart of Palgrave; and his grandchildren, Lena and Ben Binder. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
