He is survived by: his wife Elsbeth Wright Morgan; his son Charles Morgan, Jr. (Wendy) of Fairfield, CT; his granddaughters, Katherine Regina (Josh), Elizabeth Morgan and Alexandra "Alix" Shaw (Jeffrey) of Cazenovia; his great grandchildren, Emily McLaughlin (Bryan), Thomas Shaw, Jeffery Morgan (Virginia) of Peru, VT, Blair Regina, Brooke Regina and Parker Morgan; his sister Anne Price (James) of Bonita Springs, FL; and also, Nicholas, Henry Morgan, Edward "Ted" Morgan of Nassau, Bahamas, Charles Morgan III, Christopher Morgan and Gabriela Feliu.
