With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernard Gerbig (Cazenovia, New York), who passed away on July 30, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Gerbig and Alice Marie Gerbig (Dorrance); and his grandparents, George, Ernestina Gerbig (Barnekow), Roger and Mary Dorrance (White).
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Gerbig (Horan); his children, James (Charlene), William (Kori), Julee Hartwell (Scott) and George Gerbig; his grandchildren, James Gerbig (Amanda), Alex Gerbig (Cara), Alisha Hartwell (Drew), JoAnna Matthews, Madeline Gerbig and Megan Hartwell; his great grandchildren, Emmit, Lainey Matthews, Drew Pearson, Logan Gerbig and Julian Gerbig; and his siblings, Michael Gerbig (Charla), Roger Gerbig (Fran), Joseph Gerbig (Alicia) and Mary Ann Benedict.
