He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Collins and Leah Collins (Wright); his former wife Susan I. Collins (Parrott); and his siblings, Anna Mae Elmo (Collins) and Richard Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Collins (Lisa) of Alpine, John Collins (Shannon) of Lowman, Carol Marsh (David) of Alpine, Christina Zimmer (Joseph) of Montour Falls and Donna Angle (Robert) of Cayuta. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and by many nieces and nephews.
