He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry J. Schouten and Louella E. Schouten (Leonard); his wife Sally A. Schouten (Veitch); his daughter-in-law Jennifer Schouten; and his sister Sheryl Malley.
He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Schouten of Williamsville, NY and Adam; his daughter-in-law Jaclyn Schouten of Rock Stream, NY; his sister Sally Lou; his brother-in-law William O'Bryan of Haines City, Florida; his sister Linda McDougald of Haines City, Florida; his siblings-in-law, Jamie and Diane Veitch of Saratoga Springs, NY; and his grandsons, Tyler Schouten of Waverly, NY and Ryan Schouten of Williamsville, NY..
Memorial donations may be made to the Watkins Glen Fire Department, the Schuyler County Volunteer Ambulance Association or the Schuyler County Office of the Aging Meals on Wheels Program.
