It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald L Erickson of Cayuga, New York, born in Elmira Heights, New York, who passed away on June 23, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy "Duke" Erickson and Martha Erickson; and his son Paul Ronald Erickson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathleen "Kate" Hosley Erickson; his sister Beverly White (Steve); his children, Jim Forshee (Brenda), Carl Erickson (Alicia), David Erickson (Patti) and Mary Seitz (Derrick); his grandchildren, Michelle Opalenick (Stefan), Patricia Ferris (Michael), Jake Erickson (Gemma), Zada Seitz, Mina Erickson and Noah Erickson; his sister Meredith Wells; his brother-in-law Don Wells; and his daughter-in-law Carol Forshee. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
