He was predeceased by: his siblings, James Theetge and Anne Mucky. He is survived by: his brother Melvin Roy Theetge Jr; his wife Gertrude E. Leonard; his daughters, Bernice L. Hayward, Rebecca J. Theetge and April M. Rodriguez; his siblings, Charlie Mulks of David Mulks and Nancy Rose; and his grandchildren, Steven Miller, Alyssa Babcock, Christopher Miller, Rose Miller, Kenneth Anastos, Jasmine Cooper, Anastia Miller, Mickey Anastos, Ivelysse Rodriguez and William J. Cooper. He is also survived by husband, father.
