He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Kastenhuber and Carolyn Kastenhuber (Snyder); and his brothers, Jim and Butch Kastenhuber. He is survived by: his wife Becky Kastenhuber; his sons, Johnny (Johanna), Jason (Kayla Smith) and Jacob (Emily Krom); his grandsons, Jeremiah, Jason and Hunter; and his siblings, Debbie VanDyke, Kathy Miller, Kenneth Kastenhuber and Steve Kastenhuber.
