He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Frost and Isabella Boyd Frost; and his son William C. Frost. He is survived by: his daughter Jacqueline E. Frost; his grandchildren, Michaela Frost (Damario Andrello), Brandon Sinicropi, Jonathan and Katie Frost; and also Sue Fairbairn.
Jack supported many causes and any donations can be made to a charity of choice, the Cayuga Volunteer Fire Department or the local SPCA.
