He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Clark. He is survived by: his siblings, Henry "Hank" Clark, Randy Clark (Michelle Orr), Tara Bower, Becky-Jo Deming and Joe Yurco; and his children, Heidi Clark and Allen M. Clark. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
