He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Earle and Wilma Earle (Stone); his brothers, Kenneth Earle and Louie Earle; and his son Tom Earle.
He is survived by: his wife Ann (Brown); his children, Michael Earle of Randolph and Tracy Canon (Levi) of Cattaraugus; his stepchildren, Daniel Brown (Trudie) of Rochester and Kathleen Ellis (late John, Jr.) of Jamestown; his grandchildren, Kayla, Steven and Madison Canon; his stepgrandsons, John Ellis III of Jamestown, Dylan Ellis of Starke, FL, Nicholas Ellis of Starke, FL, Brendan Brown of Rochester and Evan Brown of Rochester; and his sisters, Diane Darling (Robert) of Canandaigua, Donna Pinto (late Robert) of Fredonia and Cathy Jones (late Robert) of Palm Coast, Florida.. He is also survived by four step-great grandchildren.
