He was predeceased by: his son Kenneth; and his siblings, Joy Lamey, Gail Wilcox, David Wilcox and Carroll "Doc" Wilcox.

He is survived by: his spouse Esther (Warner); and his children, Jeffery (Brenda), Duane (Dawn), Terry (Pamela), Robin (Patti) and James (Cathy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
