He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Robert and Alice Mae Barr; his brothers, Ben Barr, James Barr and Paul Barr; and his stepsiblings, Bud Parker and Sally Veith.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Eberlee (Air Force Base); his children, Andrew Barr of Cattaraugus and Lauren Bronneberg (John) of Cattaraugus; his grandchildren, Jacob and Julia Bronneberg; and his sister Faye Anderson of Brainerd, Minnesota..
