It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shawn M. Hughes of Cattaraugus, New York, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on September 3, 2024, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Hughes and Theresa Krajenski Hughes of Cattaraugus, NY.; his sons, Brandon Hughes of Cattaraugus, NY and Aiden Hughes of Cattaraugus, NY; his siblings, Tracy Rolfe (Michael) of Cattaraugus, NY, Patrick Hughes (Sue Harrison) of Salamanca, NY and John Hughes of Cattaraugus, NY; and his nieces, Colleen Green (Ethan) of Cattaraugus, NY, Brittany Rolfe (Joe Vullo) of Salamanca, NY and Tiffany Rolfe (Nick Bausum) of Cattaraugus, NY. He was also cherished by three great-nephews; two great-nieces; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made for Shawn's funeral expenses in care of Tracy Rolfe, 8 Lincoln Street, Cattaraugus, NY 14719.
