He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Murray Johnson; his children, TJ Johnson (Sam), Kelly Jo DeJoe (Jason), Nick DeJoe (Megan), Kylee and Zane Johnson; his grandson Oliver; and his siblings, Dale (Ginny), Valarie Hill, Kay Akins (Doug), Eric (Sue), Herb (Barb) and Dan Johnson (Cathy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
