It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Irene (Mooney) Race of Cattaraugus, New York, born in Collins, Mississippi, who passed away on January 12, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Mooney and Mary Mooney (Lofton); her husband Andrew; her son Donald; and her grandson Brandon Mesch.
She is survived by: her children, James R. Race (Margaret Shultz) and Linda M. Mesch (Pete Rapacioli). She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
