He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Sr. Bailey and Frances Bailey (Pritchard); his wife Elizabeth Hahn; his son Randall Bailey; his grandson Adam Stark; and his siblings, Clarence Colson, Betty Stankey and Florice Kelly.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Bailey (Carol) of Cattaraugus, Michael Bailey (Catherine) of Elma, Jeffrey Bailey of Cattaraugus, Pennie Stark (Bob) of Dayton, Cheryl Lindberg (Roy) of Youngstown, Julie Scott (Randy) of Cherry Creek, NY and Fran Bailey of Buffalo; his grandchildren, Jason, Stephanie Monn, Jacob Scott, Emily Kohler, Ryan Stark, Kevin, Tyler Bailey, Tammy Grimm, Lori Bielecki, Olin, Abigail Bailey, Joshua and Autumn Bailey; and his sister Bonnie Bennett (Ron) of Seaford. He is also survived by 29 great grandchildren and a great great grandchild.
