Edna Elizabeth Booth Obituary

Edna Elizabeth Booth, 96 of Cattaraugus, NY entered into rest January 17, 2022 at home surrounded by her family.

She was born March 13, 1925 in Dayton, NY to the late Emil and Mary (Winner) Erhart.

Edna married Harold Henry Booth on January 22, 1947 and were married for 63 years. She worked at Erhart Hardware then Prichard Hardware retiring at 85 y/o. Edna took great pleasure interacting with customers and helping to solve their problems. She had many hobbies and talents from painting, ceramics, quilting, needle point, cross stitchand was a seasoned cook and baker. Edna loved the community and truly cared about people always taking time to speak with and listen to anyone. She was a loving, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. Edna is survived by her son James (Ginger) Booth of Davie Fl, daughter Karen Kilburn of Newton, North Carolina, daughter in law Kathleen Booth of Gowanda; eight grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter also survived by nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predecesed by her husband Harold Henry Booth and a son Douglas Robert Booth, Per Edna's wishes, there will no visitation or funeral services.
