He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee and Elizabeth Bailey Jr. (Hahn); and his brother Randall Bailey. He is survived by: his children, Jason Monn (Janet) of Corry and Stephanie Monn of Jamestown; his grandchildren, Max, Enola Monn, Maggie, Remi and Milo Monn; his siblings, Pennie Stark (Bob) of Dayton, Cheryl Lindberg (Roy) of Youngstown, Julie Scott (Randy) of Cherry Creek, Fran Bailey of Buffalo, Michael Bailey (Catherine) of Elma and Jeffery Bailey of Cattaraugus; and also Stephanie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
