He was predeceased by: his brother Irwin "Corky" Schloss; and his niece Kathy Piston. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Schloss; his daughters, Susan Weber (Billy), Patricia Schloss (Terry Oravec), Dianne Bittermann (Steven) and Linda Van Hoesen (Steven); his grandchildren, David Weber, Nathan, Erica Bittermann, Russell and Nicholas Van Hoesen; his sisters, Evelyn Piston, Betsy Barry and Katie Pearson; and his friends, Gerard and Arlene O'Grady. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and much-loved extended family.
