He is survived by: his parents, Richard M. Pugh and Lydia Cooper-Pugh; his sons, Richard C. Pugh Jr. and Ethan P. Pugh; his siblings, Walter Ortiz, Robert Cooper, Dean Pugh, Timothy Pugh and Christina Slater; and his sisters-in-law, Adeana Cooper, Teanna Pugh and Savannah Pugh. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Capacity limitations, face masks, and social distancing will be required.
