She was predeceased by: her parents, Ndue Gjergji and Dalina Gjergji; her husband Ded Tushaj; and her children, Louis Tushaj and Linda Tushaj-Duran.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine Atlas (Teddy), Anthony Tushaj (Caroline), Michael Tushaj, Elizabeth Tushaj, Lilly Moynihan (Kevin) and Suzanne Quiles (Anthony); and her brothers, George, Jimmy and Phil Gjergji. She is also survived by sisters in law; thirteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
