He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Blasgen and Marian Blasgen. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Millspaugh Blasgen; his children, Omar Blasgen, Amaris Morningstar (Loren Harner Rasmussen), Carrie Poyer (Christopher) and Gabrielle Gibbons (Jack); his grandchildren, Zephaniah Poole and Madison Poyer; and his brothers, Thomas Blasgen and Kurt Noer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
