He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John McNeff and Catherine Brady McNeff; his wife Trish McNeff; his children, Meghan Jenkins of Palenville and Shannon McNeff of Palenville; his grandchildren, Pierce John and Theo Jack Jenkins; and his brother Kevin McNeff of Charlotte, NC. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
