He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis F. Burnett and Katherine VanEtten Burnett; his daughters, Teresa Ann and Jean Marie Burnett; his sister Linda; his brother-in-law John Beitl; and his grandmother Grace Burnett.
He is survived by: his wife Veronica Burnett; his daughters, Carol of Catskill, Donna of Catskill, Melissa Burnett of Catskill and Christine Evans (James); his grandchildren, Angelina Burnett, Pauline and Monroe Evans; his niece Diane Seager (Mark); his great-nephew Jacob; and also Lewis W. Burnett.
