It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Georgianna Churak (Catskill, New York), born in Jamaica, New York, who passed away on January 8, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Churak and Olga Semenkowich Churak; and her brothers, Gregory Churak and Theodore Churak. She is survived by: her nieces, Tamara Churak and Tabitha Frunzi (Gary); her great-nieces, Taylin Frunzi and Breelynn Frunzi; her great-nephew Bryce Frunzi; and her sister-in-law Kathleen Churak of South Fallsburg. She is also survived by several cousins, and a host of friends.
