He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank "Chick" Jr. and Susie Apa Porto; and his son Frank Porto IV. He is survived by: his wife Linda Porto; his daughter Vicki Crossett (Lance) of East Berne; his sibling Shirley Yates of Florida; and his grandchildren, Carter, Caden and Cecilia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Unfortunately, due to the current pandemic resurgence, and certain family members being in high risk categories, services for Frank will be private.
