He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jr. Miller and Evelyn Miller (Smith); his sister Joanne; and his brother-in-law Amon Holt. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Miller (Bonafide); his daughters, Melissa Miller and Jennifer Mosher (David); his granddaughters, Elora and Sophia Mosher; and his siblings, Betty Elaine Miller, Marcia Brunow (Dennis), Wayne Miller (Fran), Nancy Luther, George Miller and Dennis Miller (Shelley). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
