He is survived by: his parents, Edward J. Hoffmann and Denise M. Kaferlein Hoffmann; his wife Ann Hoffmann; his children, David Edward Hoffmann, Jr. of Fr, Drum, Brandon, Mackenzie and Jesse Phillips; and his siblings, Danielle Timothy (Daniel) of Catskill, Edward J. Hoffman, Jr. (Yanet) of Miami, FL and Joseph L. Hoffmann (Rebecca) of Round Top. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
