He is survived by: his children, Rachel Rouse (Michael), Jeremy Rude (Nichole), William Hill, Daniel Rude (Alison), Ronald A. Hall III and Charles Hall II; and his close friends, Randy, Wanda Ross and Steve Hoffman. He is also survived by several siblings; grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
