He is survived by: his wife Cathy (Jones); his daughter Kimberly Fox (Ken); his grandchildren, Ryan, Ashley Fox of Oswego and Eli Zappala; his father Samuel Zappala of Oswego; his siblings, Connie Decker (Dana) of Fayetteville, Debbie Ahart (Ron) of Oswego, Diane Ferguson (Richard) of Oswego, Sam Zappala of Oswego, David Zappala (Alla) of Oswego and Christine Tuzzolino of Massapequa, NY.; and his uncle John.
