She is survived by: her husband Harold VanHorn; her children, Stephanie Southworth, Erica Korthas (David Elmer) and Anthony Southworth; and her siblings, Donald Root (Sharon), Oliver Root and Elaine Gothwait. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
