He is survived by: his wife Lucille Gouldsbury Laws; his children, Charles Laws Jr. (Chelsea), Cassandra Hoeffner (Josh), Anastasia Blaisdell (Brian) and Jacqueline Cruz; his siblings, Christina Stasko, Andrea Laws, Sheryl Hedrick, Angelo Markantonakis and Daniel Izzo; his grandchildren, Avery Mae Laws, Alexis Blaisdell, Caleb Henry, Makenzie McAllister, Brionna McAllister, Nadiya Cruz, Abigail Cruz and Bella Cruz; and his great grandchild Theodore VanSanford.
Charles was honored by Jane Sariano and her generous kidney donation which gave him six more years of life.
